They are the most helpful, patient, kind, friendly, and understanding people I have met in the business world. They do their job and far more than their job they explain to me and my brother and sometimes have to explain 2 and 3 times but they do not cop an attitude or get upset, they are just very kind and very very understanding. Phyllis changed everything about UIG. Our first contact–Josh–lacked communication and merely went over the depth of what the company can do. Originally we only did Medicare things because we were unaware of the depth of the organization. We will be doing much more now that Phyllis spent the time with us–in short everyone in your organization should follow the Phyllis method.

The problem is probably me! Heather assumes I understand more than I do. It’s been confusing this year for me financially BIG problem–I show more money than I understand. Heather must inform me constantly of where money is coming from REM etc; and what money I owe and why. I try to keep up but I’m starting to not comprehend. It’s not her fault. I just need extra guidance, phone reminders, explanation, and keeping me on top of things.
